Changes are being proposed to the St. Johns River Water Management Districts irrigation rules.  The short version is that they are proposing one day a week watering from the first Sunday in November to the second Sunday in March. Then two day a week watering from the second week in March to the first week in November. Some exceptions for new landscape are noted.
